Over 25 Years of Leadership Experience

As a former Sargent in the United States Air Force I learned that a strong leader is one who unites his team towards a common objective. As a former business owner I learned the struggles all small business owners face and the importance of strong local community support and the detailed dedication it takes to make your business successful. With over 20 years of Human Resources Department leadership, in union and non-union organizations, I learned that in order to succeed you need to have the ability to unite employees, management and different departments towards common goals.

Everyone in our community is important in our community. I believe we all have the responsibility to be informed on the issues that effect our citizens and be active members in the resolution of our district's challenges and new opportunities.
